Have you ever ordered an item and suddenly discovered that delivery did not include Tobago. So, you had to make the trek down to Trinidad to collect your package, or if it was available in Tobago it was only available on certain days and not easily accessible, well we walked through that experience many times over and decided that we will do something about it. That is where our story began. Tobago needed its own Courier Service, not a branch from Trinidad operating in Tobago, but it’s own courier service business born and bred in Tobago serving the needs of Tobago because it understands the needs of the people of Tobago.
Starting up was never easy because all the ports of entry are in Trinidad and we had to work with the current arrangements to clear cargo and then ship that cargo to Tobago. That right there is where understanding the needs of Tobagonians serves as a motivation during that difficult process and the many sleepless nights working with the urgency to ensure that packages reach Tobago in a timely manner so that Tobagonians do not feel less than their Trinidadians counterparts because their packages are delivered later than those in Trinidad.
We continue to evolve as a Tobago born and bred business improving the quality of services we offer to Tobagonians including flexible opening and closing hours. We also have a great staff team who demonstrate what it means for Tobagonians serving Tobagonians and I would dare say is a good model for other business to emulate.
